America First SWFL Caucus (“the Club,” “we,” “us”) operates americafirstswflc.org. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to reach us.

What we collect

• Information you give us: name, postal address, email address, phone number, voter-registration party when you apply for membership, the text of a contact or volunteer message, and the amount of dues or a donation when you pay online.
• Payment information: card payments are processed on pay.americafirstswflc.org. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
• Website data: pages visited, browser type, device type, and approximate location from our host (GoDaddy) and ordinary server logs.
• Cookies: small files stored by your browser so pages, forms, login, and security tools can work. Some forms use Google reCAPTCHA. We do not use cookies to sell ads or to follow you across other websites.

We do not send text messages. If a form asks for a phone number, it is for Club records and an occasional phone call only.

How we use the information

• Process membership applications and dues
• Send Club email (newsletters, meeting notices, election information)
• Answer contact and volunteer requests
• Keep membership and financial records
• Operate and secure the website
• Comply with law, including any reporting that applies to donations

We do not sell your email address, phone number, or mailing list. We do not rent the list to candidates, PACs, or marketers.

Email
Every Club email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also use the Contact page and ask to be removed. We may still email you about a membership or payment you already started.

Who else may see the information

• GoDaddy, which hosts the website and forms
• Our payment processor, which handles dues and donations
• Google, for reCAPTCHA on some forms (Google Privacy Policy)
• Meta / Facebook, if you visit our Facebook Page or view an embedded feed
• Club officers and volunteers who need the information to do their jobs
• A government agency when the law requires it

Cookies
This site uses cookies needed to run the pages, forms, and security tools. You can block cookies in your browser. Some forms may not work if you do. We do not use an “accept cookies” popup.

How long we keep it
Membership and donation records are kept as long as needed for Club operations and legal record-keeping. Host logs are kept for a short period. You may use the Contact page to ask us to update or delete information we are not required to keep.

Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Other websites
Links to Facebook, maps, news articles, and the payment page leave this site. Those sites have their own privacy rules.

Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top will change.
